A one on one health and fitness assessment to determine the best balance for your Holistic Body Program suited to your individual body type and lifestyle needs.
HEALTH & NUTRITION COACHING
Weekly health and nutrition coaching to help you become mindful of your eating and lifestyle habits and adjust throughout the 8 weeks to allow you to find the perfect balance for you. This will include tracking your Food, Sleep & Movement.
1X YOGA OR STRETCH CLASS/ WK
Find your inner peace, slow your system down and create balance in the body with a weekly yoga or stretch class. A tight body creates energy imbalances that effect weight loss, energy levels, sleep patterns and more..
1 X STRENGTH CLASS/ WK
Build a strong base with our full body strength classes. Learn to strengthen your base muscles as well as supporting muscles for stability, injury prevention and a happy long term strong and active and lean body. By building up strength you will also be toning and creating a faster metabolism.
1 X CARDIO CLASS/ WK
Improve your cardio fitness for long term heart, lung and organ health as well as bringing heat to the body to boost your energy centre and detoxify the system. To avoid excess cortisol release (which leads to stress on the body and difficulty in losing weight) our cardio classes are carfully contracted for rejuvenating benefits.
