Super Seed Muesli w/ Goji Berries- grain free muesli recipe!


Start the day right with this Super Seed & Goji Berries, Grain Free Muesli Recipe!
Just pure whole food nourishment this breakfast will have you feeling full, energised and ready to take on the day.

Made up of a base of 4 different seeds + cinnamon and goji berries.

High in natural protein, fibre, essential good fats, antioxidants and metabolism boosting properties it is also a great breakfast to complement your weight loss goals or for weight management.

Being nut, gluten and grain free, this recipe is also fantastic for a sensitive stomach or for food intolerances. To make it dairy free, give the yogurt a miss or top with coconut yogurt instead.

Grain free muesli recipe

Grain Free Muesli Recipe:

Serves 1:
1 tbs Sunflower Seeds
2 tbs Chia Seeds
2 tbs Ground Linseeds
1 tbs Pepita Seeds
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
2 Tbs Goji Berries
1/2 – 1 cup of almond milk
1 heaped tbs of desired Natural Yogurt – I love this with Sheep’s Milk or Coconut Yogurt

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and add your desired amount of almond milk. Take into consideration that the chia seeds will absorb a large amount of the milk as they expand.
Leave for 5 minutes to allow the chia seeds to expand and top with the yogurt.

Enjoy and follow with a large glass of water the flush the nutrients through your body.
