Our bodies were made to eat seasonally and function most effectively when we are consuming organic, seasonally fresh produce.

 

Produce that is available to us out of season is often genetically modified, contain toxic chemicals, low nutrient values and are definitely not fresh. Enjoying local fresh produce is beneficial to our health, supports the local community, environmentally friendly and cost effective.
