Claudia is a mother of 2 and an enthusiast of all things fitness, health and wellness. She is excited to now be offering Moss Vale yoga classes again and private sessions.
She founded and ran The BareVitality Studio in Balmain, Sydney for 8 years before simplifying life and settling down in the Southern Highlands.
Claudia has been working as Holistic Personal Trainer for 14 years, Yoga Teacher for the last 8 years, and added Pilates Mat & Reformer Teacher to her tool kit this past few years. She is the founder of an Ayurvedic Online Holistic Health Program and App.
Claudia is also a certified Health Coach, Ayurvedic Wellness Counsellor, Reiki Practitioner, NSW Running Athletics Coach and specialises in Pre & Postnatal Movement.
Alongside owning studios, Claudia has worked with many health and wellness companies and brands, including regularly teaching Yoga for Lululemon. Sharing her teachings within community is both her joy and passion.
